Janice Bryant-Baker is dedicated to ensuring every young person feels seen, valued, and loved. Through this mentoring organization. The Real Wings, Inc., she empowers youth by building confidence, teaching life skills, and helping them discover their true selves. Janice inspires them to believe in themselves and embrace the message: "You Have Wings." She believes that speaking positively into a child's life helps them realize their potential ​

Collective 365 has wrapped up their 4 year of awarding unrestricted grant funding to individuals, groups, nonprofits, & businesses in DC, MD, & VA who are doing work with and for Black & brown communities. Out of 159 applications, The Real Wings was selected as one of three grant recipients.
